RO + EDI system
EDI equipment belongs to fine treatment water system and usually used in cooperation with reverse osmose (RO) to constitute the ultrapure water treatment system with pretreatment, reverse osmose and EDI devices. EDI equipment replaced the mixed ion-exchange unit used in traditional water treatment technology. EDI equipment requires the electrical resistivity of the water to reach 0.025-0.5MΩ·cm and the reverse osmosis device can completely meet the requirements. EDI equipment can produce ultrapure water with the electrical resistivity above 15MΩ·cm.

Purified water equipment function
1. Raw water tank: It stores the raw water of the system, plays a role in regulating the influent water, and also plays a certain role in precipitation of impurities in the influent water.
2. Sand filter: Preliminarily remove sediment, impurities, suspended solids and other particles in the water to reduce the turbidity of the water.
3. Carbon filter: Use the adsorption principle of carbon to absorb different colors, odors, residual chlorine, etc. in water.
4. Security filter: prevent large particles of impurities from entering the reverse osmosis membrane, causing damage to the membrane and protecting the reverse osmosis membrane.
5. Double-stage reverse osmosis host: mainly through reverse osmosis filtration to achieve the purpose of producing purified water.
6. PH adjustment system: Through PH adjustment, CO2 in the water is removed to ensure the quality of the produced water.
7. Purified water tank: store secondary reverse osmosis product water and provide water source for terminal purified water use point.
8. Ultraviolet sterilizer: kill bacteria remaining in the water to ensure the quality of the effluent.
9. Ozone sterilization system: used to clean purified water pipelines and purified water tanks.
